Se busca el AOVE más saludable del mundo
El próximo 1 de marzo finaliza el plazo de presentación de muestras para el concurso que premiará el AOVE más saludable del mundo, organizado por la Oleocanthal International Society (OIS), Laboratorios Tello (Jaén – España), Laboratorios Modern Olives (Australia), y el profesor Feliciano Priego de la Universidad de Córdoba.
Este concurso, que es el único que informa sobre las características saludables que tienen los aceites de oliva virgen extra, se realiza anualmente desde hace ahora cuatro años, y a él se presentan AOVEs de todo el mundo, para conocer las condiciones químicas (grasas saturadas y no saturadas, los fenoles totales y niveles de Oleocanthal).
