«Aquí la Tierra» colaboración con AOVE Spain
El programa «Aquí la Tierra» de RTVE, ha realizado una colaboración con nuestra marca AOVE Spain, y el Ayuntamiento de Alcalá la Real (Jaén), para grabar unos videos temáticos sobre Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra, en el entorno de esta localidad olivarera.
Os mostramos en primer lugar la entrevista que realizó Juanma López Iturriaga a nuestro «Chef del AOVE» Daniel García Peinado.
El escenario escogido fue el edificio de «La Trinidad», promovido por el Ayuntamiento y la marca AOVE Spain como lugar de referencia gastronómico en torno al AOVE.
Daniel prepara en el programa un menú degustación donde el ingrediente estrella es el AOVE. Incluye:
Un Tartar de Salmón Ahumado, con matiz de frutas de temporada, Aguacate, Aceitunas, Huevas de Lumpo y con toque de crujiente de Anacardos.
Brownie de Chocolate con AOVE, realizado con receta casera.
Y comparativa de Yogur Griego emulsionado con 2 aceites diferentes, y contrastado con un toque de Mango.
Los AOVEs que ha utilizado para sus recetas son marcas de Alcalá la Real, y que además forman parte de AOVE Spain:

Nuestro compañero Miguel de «AOVE Spain», nos presenta el recorrido de la aceituna, desde que llega a la fábrica hasta que se convierte en Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra
Disfrutamos del proceso en la almazara Aceites Florencio Aguilera, que desde 1983 lleva haciendo aceites únicos, y está ubicada en Alcalá la Real, en Jaén. Blanca nos hace de embajadora de la almazara y nos muestra además el proceso de cata del Aceite de Oliva.
